Sugar Bush Estate is a master-planned residential development situated on an 85-hectare portion of a former 240-hectare agricultural property acquired by the KJA Group in 2006. Designed as a multi-phase township development, the estate was planned across five phases (Extensions 1–5), combining high-density sectional title living with spacious freehold residential stands.
The original master plan included 11 erven for sectional title developments, which were successfully developed between 2009 and 2012, delivering approximately 700 apartments. The estate also includes freehold residential opportunities, with future phases providing approximately 277 residential stands averaging 500m² in size.
The development has undergone extensive environmental and legal processes, ultimately securing the approvals necessary to continue expanding the estate and unlocking long-term residential value within the area.
